SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

willows is committed to processing orders promptly and we do our best to ship orders in the U.S within 2-3 business days after an order is placed. All U.S orders over $150 (after discounts) receive free shipping, and any U.S order under $150 pays a $7.00 non-refundable shipping fee.

We ship all packages via USPS or UPS depending on where you are located in the U.S. You will be sent a tracking number corresponding with the type of delivery service. If you have questions about how your package will be shipped, please contact us.

ORDERS TO CANADA

Orders to Canada take 1-3 business days to process and take anywhere from 7-15 business days to deliver after being processed. 
Orders shipped to Canada pay a $20 shipping fee that is nonrefundable for any order amount. Orders shipped to Canada will be sent via USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on where you live.

CANCELING AN ORDER

Placed an order and changed your mind? Happens to all of us! If you would like to cancel your order, please call our online support within 24 hours of placing your order. If you have already received an email with your tracking number, we will not be able to cancel your order. 

LOST PACKAGES

Your tracking number says that your package has been delivered but you still haven't received your order? That's the worst! We're so sorry! Let's sort it all out. 

Follow these steps:

Wait at least two full business days after your tracking number says "delivered." There's a good chance it will show up. (Our fingers are crossed for you!)

If it has been three or more business days, file a claim with United States Postal Service.
(All you'll need is the tracking number; have it handy!)

Once your claim has been filed, follow the instructions provided by USPS.
(They will notify your local post office and search for your package.)

If your package isn't delivered in an allotted period provided by the USPS, it will be considered officially lost. If this happens, contact us at help@willowsclothing.com with your first and last name, order number, and a picture or copy of the email from USPS.

At willows, we carry styles from many different brands, so sizing can vary from piece to piece. Rather than relying on one standard size chart, we provide detailed fit information for every item to help you choose the size that will work best for you.

1. Check the Model Information

Each product listing includes the model's height and the size she is wearing.

Example:
Model is 5'8" wearing a size Small.

If your body type is similar to the model's, this can be a helpful starting point.

2. Compare the Garment Measurements

We measure one size of each garment and include those measurements in the description.

Example:
Based on size small
21" across chest
23" length

For the most accurate fit, compare these measurements to a similar item you already own and love.

How to Measure a Garment

• Chest: Measure straight across from underarm seam to underarm seam.
• Waist: Measure across the narrowest part of the garment
• Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem.

3. Look for the Fit Description

We include a fit note for every style.

True to Size
Order your usual size for the intended fit.

Generous Fit
Designed with extra room through the body. If you're between sizes, you may prefer sizing down.

Snug Fit
Fits closer to the body with less stretch or ease. If you're between sizes, you may prefer sizing up.
