We offer store pickup for our Oregon and Washington customers at 104 Grand Blvd. #106 Vancouver, WA 98661

Orders typically take 2-4 business days to be completed. If you haven't received an email stating your order is ready after 4 business days, check your spam or promotional folder. 
All online orders not picked up after 30 days will be donated. We will email you after 2 weeks to remind you that your order is ready. 
Once you have selected In-Store pickup, you can NOT request/change your order; it will not be available for shipment.

Please take into consideration that willows has holiday hours/is closed for the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Years Day, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. 

RETURN POLICY FOR INSTORE PICKUPS

Say it ain’t so! If a purchase turns out to be anything less than true love within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly give a full refund, exchange, or store credit as long as you have your original receipt. Items must be in their original unworn and unwashed condition with the original tags attached. All sale items are final and are not eligible for return.

The policy period begins once your item becomes available for pick-up.
